Actual shipping times may vary. Most orders are shipped same day or next day of receiving your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by E-mail. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice by e-mail and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. An email is sent to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed.

Weekends and Holidays not included in shipping times. First-Class exclusions apply on larger items AK HI PR all items ship via Priority Mail only.

Free Shipping

All US orders are free shipping. All US orders are processed and shipped from our USA warehouse.

Freight charges in other countries are quoted by the forwarder.  

In most cases our Standard Free Shipping option will be shipped via USPS First Class. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method during processing. If you would like a specific shipping method we recommend choosing from the other low-cost options we have available.

Backorder Shipments

If an international shipment contains a backordered item the order will be held until it can be shipped in its entirety. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Tracking

Tracking numbers will be sent to you by E-mail after deliver.

Tracking numbers provided by all of our shipping companies are an estimate only. Just because a tracking number gives an expected delivery date does not mean that it will be guaranteed to show up on that date. The only guaranteed services are Next Day, 2 day, and 3 day service provided by UPS and FedEx.

We offer a "ONE YEAR" limited warranty on item(s) that confirm to be manufacturer defect within "ONE YEAR" from the initial purchase date. Warranty claim will only be applied to replacement only; therefore no refunds and/or exchanges will be issued under this warranty.

We have the right to deny any returns or exchanges for any item(s) returned past "ONE YEAR".

If you received a damage item(s)

If you received a damage item(s), please inspect all items within 7 business days for missing, damaged, and/or incorrect parts upon receiving.

If you receive a damaged item, please retain the item in its original condition and contact Customer Service Support.

Any missing, damaged, or incorrect parts claim reported after 30 business days WILL NOT be accepted, despite of the party at fault.

In the event of a lost or stolen package, a lost package claim will be processed directly with the shipping carrier. We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or any related types of issues.

If you didn't receive your item(s).

Due to potential shipping delays such as unforeseen weather conditions, customs clearance, etc. your item(s) may arrive later than the estimated delivery date provided by the shipping carrier. Unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
